Nectarine Iced Detox Tea

Nectarine Iced Detox Tea Recipe:
- 3 fresh nectarines, sliced
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 Thrive Remedies Detox Tea
- 1-3 tbsp organic cane sugar, honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup of sparkling water
Instructions
- Add the nectarines to the bottom of a pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon just enough to smash them.
- Add the mint, water, Thrive Remedies tea and sweetener of choice. Then mix until combined.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 6-10 hours.
- Once done, strain the tea and discard the mint and nectarines.
- Add 1 cup of sparkling water and serve over ice.
Note:
It’s best to prepare and let sit in the fridge overnight so the flavours can fully develop.
