Grapefruit Mint Recovery Popsicles

Cool off and recover from the summer heat with Grapefruit Mint Recovery Popsicles. Homemade popsicles are the perfect summer snack, they can help keep you cool and hydrated during those hot summer months. They are a great non-dairy alternative to ice cream or other sugary snacks. These grapefruit mint recovery popsicles are made using Thrive Remedies Recovery Tea. Recovery is a blend of adaptogenic herbs known for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunity properties. Grapefruit Mint Recovery Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp filtered water
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1 Thrive Remedies recovery tea
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 grapefruit, skin cut off and cut into pieces

Instructions:

  • Place the maple syrup, water and mint in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix the lemon juice, coconut water, mint syrup and Thrive Remedies recovery tea in a pitcher.
  • Once mixed, pour into your popsicle moulds, leaving some room for a grapefruit piece and stick.
  • Place the cover onto the moulds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
  • To remove the popsicles from the mould, run them under hot water for 30 seconds and gently pull on the popsicle sticks. Enjoy!
